Advancing workers’ rights in the Netherlands

We’re proud to have worked with Federatie Nederlandse Vakbeweging (FNV), the Netherlands Trade Union Confederation, to unite diverse groups of workers across the Netherlands to advance workers’ rights, in particular with their Voor 14 campaign which is fighting to raise the minimum wage to 14 Euros. We are working on ongoing digital initiatives to power the growth and success of the movement, starting with the new Voor 14 website.
Tectonica and the Voor 14 team started working together just before the Covid-19 pandemic upended the normal way our world worked. Through training and support we helped restructure the campaign team from having one digital organiser and many field organisers, to a team of people organising online.

The centrepiece of Voor 14’s new digital space is the activity hub that provides regularly updated actions and featured campaigns, so supporters and activists always have new ways to become engaged and help the effort towards its ultimate goal.
